Thanks so much for sharing your Tuesdays with us and for contemplating Scripture through the stories of gals Carolyn Custis James aptly terms “lost” – which we know is how they might have felt, but never how they were (or we ever are.)
Our last ladies we studied were the Women at Philippi. Their story can be found in Acts 16 and the book of Philippians – though we spent the majority of our time in Acts. It’s so beautiful when we get a glimpse of the Lord working in and through people. We got a peek at Paul and his friends faithfully obeying, Lydia and others worshiping by the river and God sharing his message through Paul to Lydia, blessing all involved.
We talked about Trust being belief in action and faith being trust with a blindfold. And we side-line watched as the trust-quotient of Paul, Lydia and others involved grew as their knowledge of God increased. But rather than cover it all, here you go:
